How do I access my server files?
Our hosting is fully Pterodactyl-ready. You can edit server.properties, upload plugins, manage worlds, and control your console through a clean web interface.
Can I bind my custom domain name?
Yes. Coal, Iron, Gold, and Diamond tiers support custom domains (e.g. play.yourdomain.com). DNS records can be pointed directly to your assigned server IP.
What backups retention policy is offered?
Our backup system captures automated snapshots of your server directories. Depending on your configuration, scheduled backup runs are automated to preserve your game progress.
